About Me
Welcome! I am a passionate dance educator and performer, born and raised in the West Midlands. My career has taken me across the globe, withexperiences in the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, South America, and Europe. Trained primarily as a singer and dancer, I have had the privilege ofperforming in various entertainment mediums.
However, my true passion lies in teaching. I have dedicated my career to educating the next generation of dancers, working with some of the mostprestigious colleges in the UK in roles that encompass both teaching and leadership. I earned my MA in Professional Practice (Dance Teaching) in 2011,graduating with Distinction, where I focused on developing teacher training programs for dancers.
In 2018, I furthered my academic journey by obtaining a PhD in Dance from the University of Roehampton, where my research examined the evolution ofchoreography in MGM musicals. My commitment to promoting dance education extends internationally, as I serve as a respected adjudicator for dancecompetitions and as an examiner, lecturer, and faculty member for one of the leading dance examination boards in the UK.
I am excited to share my knowledge and passion for dance with you!
