Very quick, decisive, consistent. Sense of humour, good with the girls, fair critique and most of them couldn't quite believe they had so much written on their sheets which contained specifics rather than generalized comments which seems the norm nowadays. They could all imagine you 'dancing' and you were definitely a hit with the dancers, they felt you were talking directly to them as individuals as you had picked up on so much.
